We can deliver in person or online and always in an interactive way. We’ve developed well over 50 different sessions ranging from genetics, psychology, breathing, nutrition, posture to leveraging stress for better health outcomes. We can adapt any of this information to your organisational needs. We can supply a detailed catalogue when needed.

Behaviour Change
28-day Challenges
For many people, learning occurs when we try to apply the principles we’ve learned. Our challenges address sleep, nutrition, mindset and social connection. We begin each challenge with an online workshop and then follow with a behaviour to focus on each week. We also tie in a weekly online coaching/check-in session to ensure people are engaged in the process.

Group Coaching
30min Weekly Sessions
It’s not enough for us to educate others and expect that's sufficient for change to occur. We offer 30min online group coaching sessions for staff to attend. We can use these popular sessions to focus on lifestyle changes, breathing techniques, movement and mobility.

Executive Health Coaching

Have key people that need looking after? Attitude reflects leadership, so if the leadership have low levels of resilience, we can help them with a personal development coach - to help develop the tools they need to perform better.
