We’ve developed well over 50 different sessions ranging from genetics, psychology, breathing, nutrition, posture to leveraging stress for better health outcomes. 28-day Challenges

For many people, learning occurs when we try to apply the principles we’ve learned. Our challenges address sleep, nutrition, mindset and social connection. We begin each challenge with an online workshop and then follow with a behaviour to focus on each week. We also tie in a weekly online coaching/check-in session to ensure people are engaged in the process.

We have redeveoped and rebuilt a brand new mobile application that is completely free of charge. This can deliver on-demand health and wellbeing education for staff - right at their finger tips. Launching in May 2022.
