Erin is a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist from Australia. With experience working across hospitals, private practice and sports settings in Australia, New Zealand and Europe, Erin brings a broad range of specialist skills to Wellington Sports Med.
Passionate about treating people in a holistic way, Erin always strives to have her patients leaving the clinic with the knowledge, tools and confidence to take good care of their own health. Her special interests include gym-based strength & conditioning and female athletes.
Erin’s love of all sports ensures she is a Jack of all trades, master of none. You’ll find her happily having a go at anything from CrossFit and cross-country skiing to surfing and snowboarding. Having just spent 2 months bike-packing around the South Island before making the move North,
Erin is really looking forward to getting to know the famous MTB trails, beaches and coffee culture of Welly!
Grant gained a Bachelor of Physical Education degree from Otago University in 1987, then a Diploma of Physiotherapy from Otago Polytechnic in 1990. He worked in Wellington Hospital then spent 3 years as a physiotherapist within the multi-disciplinary team at the Wellington Sports Medicine Clinic.
Over his 13 years there he gained extensive experience as a physiotherapist in the performance, sports, and corporate health sectors, including on-site at Shell International and Shell UK. He has worked alongside specialists at BUPA Wellness Musculoskeletal Centre of Excellence and as BUPA National Physiotherapy Manager.
Grant works for WSP and WSM as our Clinical Director / Clinical Governance Manager. Willis Street Physiotherapy has set up a local community clinic in Martinborough where Grant will continue to see ACC clients on contracted services such as SAW/VRS, Pain and Concussion. As well as those who present with acute ACC injuries, and those who have non-injury pain and discomfort. Please note that his availability in Martinborough will be limited as he continues with his busy Governance role.
