VINYASA YOGA
Our Yoga classes are taught by highly experienced teachers who specialise in adapting the session to meet the diverse needs of our clients and members. Vinyasa Yoga involves moving through a sequence of postures. These classes focus on body awareness and alignment to guide you on how to improve your strength, balance and mobility. STRENGTH PLUS
Strength Plus involves a mix of heavy loaded strength exercises that target all areas of the body. Each class will have a 10 minute segment focused on deep core strength exercises. This class is less dependent on increasing heart rate but rather focused on getting stronger over time.
METABOLIC PLUS
Metabolic Plus is a circuit style class that’s designed to be completely varied integrating ladder/agility drills and other exercises that are perfect for improving fitness dramatically over time and getting you in shape. This class will also be varied and intense BUT cater for all abilities so jump in!
