We can implement a discovery phase to understand your team’s needs. We believe in co-designing something that will work for your organization. Coupled with other data we can collect, we are able to co-design a well-being strategy that can be delivered to your whole team – addressing key focus areas and optimise health & performance.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENTS

For the workplace wanting to address pain, reduce injury-risk, and improve whole-body range of motion/stability/strength for their staff. These high-tech assessments are perfect for people wanting to get more active as well as active people wanting to compliment what they are already doing. We can report imbalances, design a movement programmes via HealthFit Live tailored to goals and focus efforts where it counts most.

WELLBEING & RESILIENCE WORKSHOPS

Delivery in person or online. We have developed a large range of education modules/workshops focusing on safety, resilience, performance, and health. We recommend a discovery phase to understand how we can target the needs of your organisation. Application is a key focus and we support education with our HealthFit Live app.

BEHAVIOUR CHANGE

28-DAY CHALLENGES

For many people, learning occurs when we try to apply the principles we’ve learned. Our challenges address sleep, nutrition, mindset and social connection. We begin each challenge with an online workshop and then follow with a behaviour to focus on each week.

We also tie in a weekly online coaching/check-in session to ensure people are engaged in the process.
