ABOUT THE CLASS

Metabolic training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines cardio and strength training exercises. It is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and build muscle.

Our Metabolic classes are 30 minutes long and are designed to be challenging but effective. Each class starts with a warm-up, followed by a series of cardio and strength exercises. The exercises are varied and constantly changing, so you won’t get bored.
