The HealthFit90 Challenge - March 23rd 8:30am
A one-off ‘winner-takes-all’ team event that will push your limits! Not acting now, will cost you more in 2024! This all-inclusive 90-minute challenge will pit our clubs against each other! All-abilities are welcome and will be needed where strength, fitness, strategy and mental grit will be key to score the best average result for your club!
Your Adversity Challenge - June 10th - July 7th
Life is too short to struggle, not being ready for future trials in life means that it will only get harder! This resilience-based online-only challenge will give you the tools to become a more resilient human. Your HealthFit coach is going to challenge you to get outside your comfort zone so you’ll need to open-minded for this potentially life-changing programme.
Your Sweet Tooth Challenge - 5th August - 1st September
“What is your relationship with sugar?” Sick and tired of binging on sugar only to feel worse about yourself? Well, it's time to stop this binge vs restriction way of thinking and take action. This is for all of you sweet-tooths out there and is all about creating a better relationship with sugar addresses the “treat” mentality. We’ll be exploring what sugar is, what impacts it has on us mentally, physically and emotionally`` and how we can make the best choices for our lifestyle.
BestME Challenge
21st October - 24th November. Entries open on 23rd September. There is nothing worse than going through the year feeling beat up, tired, and unmotivated - we get it! It can continue like this unless you’re willing to take the “bull by the horns” and wrestle yourself into a new way of thinking and feeling. Our BestME challenge is all about putting all aspects of being healthy and focuses on the science of habit change with a performance component where you will be tested at the beginning and at the end of your 5-week programme.
