Our Yoga classes are taught by highly experienced teachers who specialise in adapting the session to meet the diverse needs of our clients and members. Vinyasa Yoga involves moving through a sequence of postures. These classes focus on body awareness and alignment to guide you on how to improve your strength, balance and mobility. If you have any injuries or health condition, let us know so we can modify the classes to suit your body. All classes are suitable for every level and ability.
